Our services and tools enable you to upload your music, manage your metadata, create online stores to sell directly to customers, and securely connect with new retail partners to sell your music wholesale. NECODO charges a small fee for every item you sell using our Marketplace services. Our fees are among the lowest in the industry. Instead of keeping it all to ourselves, like others do, we are making it available to you and independent third parties. Now any number of stores, widgets and applications can be built powered by our technology. Back to topHow is NECODO different than a digital distributor?NECODO is not a distributor. Digital distribution services are a convenient way to load and manage large amounts of content in our system. Back to topI have a digital distribution deal in place. Our tools allow you to add album and song buy links to your emails. Back to topWhat file formats do you accept for music uploads?We accept WAV files. Lossless masters allow us to generate and properly tag high quality MP3 files. We offer WAV file downloads as a premium option. You can price WAV and MP3 files separately. Back to topWhat formats can I sell music in?WAV and 320kbps MP3 files. MP3 files are generated automatically on our servers. Back to topWhat if our content is not sold through our own store, how much do we get then?You set the wholesale price for your own content to the amount you want. Back to topWhat is the difference between widgets, buttons and HTML links?A viral widget storefront includes album art, track information and preview music player. Buttons and HTML links will take your customer to your checkout page where the album or song can be purchased through Amazon Payments. Back to topCan we send CDs or MP3s on a CDR?Typically, we don't handle physical deliveries at the moment. Our CMS allows you to upload content very efficiently. Back to topHow do we track our sales?NECODO provides detailed real-time reporting statements for your Label store's sales. Back to topHow and when do we get paid?NECODO uses Amazon Payments and PayPal for electronic payments. NECODO will also issue physical checks for an additional service fee. You decide when NECODO pays you by arranging payment from your Payments dashboard. Your available balanace is the sum of all transactions older than 60 days. Back to topWhy do you wait 60 days before paying out?Customers have 60 days to contact NECODO with issues pertaining to their download. In some situations, NECODO will refund their payment. After 60 days NECODO closes the book on the transaction and royalties can be paid out.
